Agricultural technology. Mint is a winter-hardy, moisture and photophilic plant, prefers fertile sufficiently moistened soils. Sowing seeds for seedlings is carried out in March on a depth of more than 1 cm. At the age of 70 days (at the end of May), they are seated in open ground according to the scheme of 20-30 × 40-50 cm. Sowing seeds in open ground is carried out in April-May with subsequent thinning. Care consists in weeding, watering, loosening and top dressing after cutting greens. It multiplies well vegetatively, dividing the bush. In one place is grown for 4-5 years.
