Mental landscapes in the work of Dostoevsky. Isupov K.G.

The expression “mental landscape” in relation to the artistic worlds of Dostoevsky means the embodiment of the worldview architectonics of the author and heroes by means of verbal aesthetics. In this sense, the book is not about the poetics of character and not about the motivation of actions, but about the attitude of the personality to God and the world against the background of the axiological preferences of the author. A similar angle of view allows us to approach the holistic understanding of Dostoevsky’s universe in the coverage of most tiers of his philosophical constructions.
