The manual briefly tells about hearing impairments, the features of perception and development of speech in children with varying degrees of hearing loss, modern methods of rehabilitation of children with hearing impairments. The device of hearing aids and cochlear implants, the FM systems, the features of the auditory perception and development of speech of the hard of hearing and deaf children, who use modern hearing and interpretation means, are described. The conditions are considered favorable for the training and upbringing of children with hearing aids and cochlear implants. Recommendations are presented for teachers on the organization of the necessary conditions for the education and education of such children in preschool and school educational institutions.
