In the vocational training of teachers in preschool education, the specifics of the organization of educational activities in the different aging group, its planning, the features of communication of the teacher with the different aging community of preschoolers are not fully disclosed. Since the main methodological literature on preschool education is designed for institutions with a group of one -age composition of the group, educators working in a different -aging group, it is quite difficult to achieve a sufficient level of knowledge and skills of children within the framework of the Federal State Educational Standard BC. The proposed recommendations consider issues of planning and organizing classes, designing a developmental educational environment, organizing gaming activities in the diverse group of DOO. The material contains examples of the development of common topics (common interest), within which the interests of children of all ages are implemented, practical recommendations for organizing regime moments. This manual will be interesting and useful to teachers of preschool educational institutions, educators of family and homemade kindergartens, parents who want to independently educate and develop their children, as well as all adults seeking an increase in their pedagogical competence.
