The textbook presents the most significant aspects of the psychological and pedagogical characteristics of students with severe speech impairments (TNR), the special educational needs of children of this group, the special educational conditions for their training and options for organizing inclusive education, taking into account the structure of existing violations.

Particular attention is paid to the consideration of specific errors that arise when children mastering reading and writing. The manual includes lists of educational and methodological literature, regulatory documentation, special textbooks and computer technologies for the diagnosis and correction of oral and written violations, familiarization with the surrounding world of children with TNR.
