The publication contains a continuation (second part) of the methodological manual “Preparation of senior preschoolers for literacy”. In the first part, the main areas of work to prepare for teaching the literacy of children 5-6 years old (the first year of study) were revealed; The second determines the content and volume of work to prepare for teaching children 6-7 years old (the second year of training), and the notes of the lesson system aimed at a comfortable transfer of children from preschool to the school educational environment.

The methodological manual is addressed in particular to managers and educators, teaching staff of DOO, as well as primary school teachers, additional education teachers working with older preschool children.
