The book systematically sets out effective methods for solving complex problems of optimization and management with non -loading and non -conduced structure, based on constructive approximations by their tasks of a simpler nature. From the standpoint of the methods of approximation, a new device for analyzing extreme tasks has been built - an unprepared analysis that allows both qualitative and numerical issues of optimization and management.

The necessary conditions of extremum have been obtained in various tasks of undifferentiated programming and optimal control in systems with continuous and discrete time.
