Methods of solving grid equations. Monograph. 2nd edition, stereotypical. Nikolaev E.S.
The book sets out modern fast direct and iterative methods for solving systems of linear algebraic equations with a large number of unknown and rarefied poorly determined matrices. Such systems arise in the method of guts of solving marginal and initial-string problems for differential equations in private derivatives. The main part of the book is devoted to the construction, substantiation and algorithmic implementation of methods, as well as the design of various types of pre -units, the use of which allows you to increase the effectiveness of iterative methods. At the end of each chapter, information is given that supplement its content and allows the reader to navigate in the structured list of cited publications. The book contains three applications, one of which is a summary of information from linear algebra used in various chapters. The book includes a large number of algorithms implementing the above methods, and a detailed object index.
The book will be useful to specialists using existing effective mesh methods to solve differential equations and researchers involved in the development of new methods. It will be useful to students and graduate students of universities specializing in numerical methods and applied mathematics.
