Metrological traceability in chemical measurements
This publication includes a translation of the joint leadership of two authoritative international metrology organizations in analytical chemistry - Eurachim (Eurachm) and CITAC (CITAC), devoted to the establishment of metrological traceability in chemical dimensions. The first official version of this document was published in 2003. This is the second publication of the management of 2019 with corrections in terminology submitted to the third edition of the International Dictionary in Metrology (VIM). In addition to this leadership, three documents related to the activities of the international community on accreditation of analytical laboratories Ilak (ILAC), and the “Analytics” policy for providing metrological traceability. The purpose of this collection to provide recommendations for ensuring the requirements for metrological traceability of the results of chemical analysis. This edition provides a description of the agreed set of principles that can use laboratories to establish traceability of the results of their measurements, while special attention is paid to the use of suitable foundations for comparing chemical quantities.
