Sunsin is a mushroom with valuable nutritional properties. It is famous for its excellent taste in fried, boiled, salty and dried form. 

The fruit body of the mushroom is large. The hat reaches in a diameter of 30 cm. Its color is different: brown-red, yellow-red or red-brown. 

The fine pipe layer is first white or smoky-gray, later gray and to light brown. A high leg thickened down. It has a white color with oblong white, brown or black scales. Strong white pulp has a pleasant aroma.

Lay mushroom plantation from the beginning of May to September. Prepare compost for the cultivation of aspen (oak, birch, poplar), rotten wood of aspen or other deciduous breeds and pure horse (cow) manure without litter from the broken leaves. Growing and care

• Around the trees (aspen or trees next to the aspen), dig a pit up to 30 cm deep and 2 m wide to the roots of the tree. If they are located shallow, then just remove the upper soil layer. 
• If the pit is shallow, lay a layer of compost 10-12 cm thick in it and sprinkle with a 6-cm layer of soil. Repeat the operation until the height of the compost layer reaches a height of 50 cm. If the pit is deep, then lay the compost without a layer of soil to ground level. 
• Do not compose layer after 25-30 cm make holes 20 cm deep and lay pieces of mycelium (at the rate of 1 bag per 1 m²). Pour the holes with the soil. 
• After planting mycelium, moisturize the planting at the rate of 2 buckets of water per 1 m² of area (or 1 tree). 
• To maintain constant humidity, cover the plantation on top with a layer of forest litter or with a leaf blade. 
• Bring to take up the fungist in the form of a sugar solution (10 g per 10 l of water). 

Fruiting: under favorable conditions a year after sowing under a tree, the first mushrooms appear. Artificially sown mycelium gives a crop for 2-4 years. Under one tree you can collect 5-15 pcs. 

Keep an unknown bag in a dry cool place or in the refrigerator at a positive temperature.
