Micronutrients and reproductive health: Guide. Gromova O.A., Torshin I. Yu.

The second edition of the leadership was processed and supplemented by heads on the most pressing obstetrician, gynecology and reproductology, perinatology and reproductive health, reflecting the latest evidence-based medicine, information about the new coronavirus infection Covid-19. The versatile roles of micronutrients in the reproductive and somatic health of men and women are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the issues of obstacle training, micronutrient support for pregnancy and breastfeeding, normalizing the menstrual cycle, and improving the quality of gametocytes.
