The book considers the entire complex of modern sources and norms of European Pava (the rights of the European Union - EU) that regulate migration processes on the European continent. The focus of attention is, on the one hand, the migration rights of European citizens and members of their families (section 1), on the other hand, the migration rights of citizens of Russia and other countries that are not part of the EU, at the entrance, departure, stay in the Schengen space, Upon receipt and use of Schengen visas, European residence permit and other migration documents, the legal regulation of economic and non -economic, including educational, migration in the EU, the general European shelter and its reform projects (sections 2, 3).
The independent section discusses the norms of foreign exchange, medical, tax, educational, social, customs, transport, labor and other branches of the EU legislation in part that affects the rights of legal migrants and travelers: the conditions and limits of duty -free and non -cash import/ the export of personal belongings, the rules and restrictions acting in the field of cross -border transportation of funds and certain types of property goods (pets, counterfeit goods, cultural values, medicines, weapons, food products, etc.), the procedure for recognizing the EU Foreign documents on education on education and professional qualifications, legal regulation of social security and medical tourism in the EU, etc. (section 4).
The final section is dedicated to the law and practical measures of the EU, aimed at counteracting illegal migration, including the legal status of European border and coastal protection, the procedure for deportation and rendering of illegal immigrants, criminal measures and administrative liability to the organizers and accomplices of illegal immigration, subjects of "terrorist-
tourism" (section 5).
