Many years ago, three teenagers lived in a small town in New York. Two inseparable friends: one of the rich family, the second is the son of a local drunkard, and the most beautiful girl in the classroom. Once the three of them went on bicycles to the mountains. And this innocent walk ended dramatically - the girl lost her eyes... Years passed. The guys grew up, and the girl became the wife of one of them. But all three are still tormented by the question: what led to sad events there, in the mountains? Was it possible to change something? And who is to blame for what happened?
