One of the urgent problems of medicine is considered - the prevention and treatment of mineral -bone disorders in chronic kidney disease. The publication illuminates both the normal metabolism of phosphorus-calcium metabolism, as well as pathological mechanisms of development, classification, modern principles of laboratory and instrumental diagnosis of mineral and space disorders at different stages of chronic kidney disease.
