The monograph contains an analysis of conceptual and methodological problems with which theorists have difficulties and come across practicing business appraisers in their work, and also explains the reasons that caused these problems. It is largely based on the author’s scientific articles published over the past 6-8 years, as well as the materials of his doctoral dissertation. The monograph is fully consistent with the topics of training programs for undergraduates in the direction of "Evaluation of business and evaluative activities."
