Modern sensors. Freudin Yakov

A reference book on modern sensors can be called a researcher's table book in any field of natural science, since it contains physical principles, development methods and options for practical use of a wide range of sensors in a wide variety of areas of applications. The book withstood five editions in English, and this is not by chance, because any modern measurement system is not complete without the use of sensors, which are “translators” of the surrounding analogue in the language of digital technology.

Since the publication of the first Russian publication, a significant development of the technology for creating a wide range of sensors and detectors, which have made a significant breakthrough in development, has occurred. The sensitivity of the sensors has become higher, the dimensions are less, selectivity is better, and the prices are lower. A new, which has become the main, scope of sensors in mobile devices, is rapidly developing, therefore this direction is examined in more detail in this publication.
