Modern technologies for the manufacture of three -dimensional electronic devices: a training manual. 2nd edition
with the development of high technology, the release of three -dimensional electronic devices (TEU), including micron and submicron multilayer circuits, becomes real. Based on the classification of the formation of TEUs on flat (2D) and quasi-comprehensive (quasi-zb) substrates, the basic principles and characteristics of flat printing technologies are considered. It is concluded that it is impossible to make voluminous structures of complex form in the continuous technological cycle according to these technologies, as well as the possibilities of modern technologies for the production of TEUs. Classification of these technologies according to the physical principle of impact on the structural material and the identification of their general drawbacks showed that the use of these technologies does not allow to effectively form multilayer complex zD objects.
This textbook is the first book on manufacturing, scanning and scanning technologies visualization of three -dimensional electronic devices. The second book will consider scanning technologies for three -dimensional electronic devices of various ranges, including the nanometer range. A separate section of the second book will be devoted to the capabilities of the manufacture of three -dimensional electronic devices of the nanometer range using scanning microscopy methods. The third book will be devoted to visualization technologies (means of displaying information) to control the parameters of the TEU, create new FEUs and technologies for reengineering TEU.
The textbook can be recommended to bachelors and master's main educational institutions.
