The territory of permafrost occupies up to 65% of the area of ​​Russia. The influence of cryolitozones on the formation of an environmental and economic situation in subsoil use and industrial development is determining. However, despite the sensitivity of cryolitozones during subsoil use, construction and operation of industrial and civilian facilities, the creation of recreation, etc., there is still no state program of its integrated study.
