The management is devoted to practical issues of emergency urological care to patients with various options for mechanical trauma of the scrotum and its organs.

Various aspects of epidemiology, diagnosis, emergency surgical care for mechanical damage to the testis and scrotum are examined in detail. Extensive literary material is generalized and analyzed, as well as the experience of the Research Institute of Urology and the Urgent Andrological Service in Moscow on these issues.

The leadership presents antibacterial prevention algorithms for surveillance of testicles and scrotum, as well as empirical antibacterial therapy of infectious and inflammatory complications. Each scheme is explained in detail and justified, and all of them are optimized in three directions: clinical efficiency, economic feasibility, epidemiological safety (prevention of selection of polyresis strains of microorganisms). The problem of reducing fertility in the remote period of the testicular injury is considered. An algorithm of emergency urological care is proposed for Yaichka and scrotum injuries.
