Redyard Joseph Kipling (1865-1936)-English writer, journalist and traveler, Nobel Laureate of Literature (1907). It is his pen that belongs to a cycle of stories about a boy named Mowgli, brought up by wolves in the jungle of India. To date, these stories are the most readable throughout the world, and they are also included in the school program for extracurricular reading and anthology, along with the equally famous tales of Rudyard Kipling (“A cat walking on its own”, Ricky-Chikkitavi ”and others).
