When writing this book, the authors summarized the latest achievements in the field of surgery of multi -organ expans and air conditioning of posthumous donors of organs.

In the first two parts of the leadership, the ethical problems of the posthumous and lifetime organ donation are highlighted, the issues of identification, examination and conduct of potential donors. The principles that underlie the concept of brain death, issues of correction of metabolic and hemodynamic disorders during the death of the brain are also considered.
