Multiple sclerosis. Continuation of teaching

A collective monograph is devoted to the most relevant demyelinizing disease-multiple sclerosis, with the intrigue of the continuation of the doctrine, begun by Jean-Martin Charcot in Paris at the end of the 19th century and successfully supplemented by many researchers, especially in the last 10-20 years. The authors adhere to the concept of multifactorial pathogenesis, and hence differentiated treatment. New data are given on clinically isolated demyelinizing syndrome, diseases of the optical -neuromyelitis spectrum, autoimmune encephalitis and treatment using stem cells, immunoglobulins, and baropen pump. The heterogeneity of demyelineization is represented by focal, disseMained and diffuse processes.

The book is intended for neurologists of various levels, graduate students, scientists and experimenters involved in the pathology of myelin and brain -specific antigens.
