Knowledge of the multiplication table is one of the main skills that should be formed by a younger student. This manual is an effective simulator for schoolchildren and is intended for the independent work of students.

How to deal with a child?

It is necessary to cut the pages of the book on dashed lines in order to get cards to multiply (division). For example, we teach multiplication of the number 4. We lay out a stack of yellow cards to multiply so that the example is at the top, and the answer is below. The child takes a card, reads an example, and with a simple pencil enters the answer. Then he turns the card and checks whether he wrote the answer correctly.

If the answer is correct, then the card is postponed to the right. If the answer is incorrect, the card is deposited to the left. Then the child takes the next card and performs the same actions. When all the cards are laid out into two piles (on the right and left), the child takes a stack with cards in which errors were made and repeats all the actions again (first with an eraser, you need to erase the incorrect answers). We continue the work until the student gives only the correct answers, i.e. All cards will be folded in one pile.

You should change the order of examples so that the schoolboy gives the correct answers both sequentially and score. When all examples of multiplication of the number 4 will be solved without errors, we proceed to work with yellow cards “Division by 4.”

The manual will allow parents and teachers to ensure the most possible independent activity of the child and in a short time (5-10 days) get the result necessary for further successful mathematical learning - a strong knowledge of the multiplication table.
