The collection “My Life” included the memoirs of Konstantin Korovin, which he began to write in the first years of the revolution and completed in Paris in exile, as well as stories, usually autobiographical and memoirs clarifying it. The heroes of stories and memoirs were friends and contemporaries of Korovin - outstanding artists, artists, collectors, theater figures, including V. A. Serov, F. I. Chaliapin, M. A. Vrubel, S. I. Mamontov, M. A. Morozov and others.
