My Mumiyo. Shokodko V.

The story “My Mumiyo” is the first literary work in the post -Soviet space, telling about the natural balm, called the tears of the mountains covered in legends. Three thousand years, the folk healers of the East use it in treatment and consider a panacea from many diseases. The great doctors of the Middle Ages - Avicenna, Biruni, Ulugbek - devoted a lot of treatises and developed a prescription of drugs, but there is still no single view of the origin of a unique substance, and modern medicine and pharmacology do not give good to its use.

The author has been involved in Mumiyo for more than forty years, starting from amateur expeditions to the mountains to cooperation with scientific and medical organizations of the country and enterprises that consumed tons of product as one of the components of cosmetic creams. He gained knowledge, experience and went to the main goal for a very long time - the introduction of Mumiye into the pharmacy network in the form of a full -fledged drug. There was only one step before the approval of the pharmacopeous article, but the collapse of the great country did not let it do.
