I am the last of my kind. My people are destroyed, and life is destroyed. All I have is thieves' skill. I wanted to disappear, forget everything. But the glory of a successful thief played a cruel joke with me, and now I have to return to my native country, to a painful past. I have to become a servant in the palace, where I could be a queen. On the way to my goal, I am ready to go for a lot, even to become a personal servant of the ruler - a man with whom we share only mutual hatred. But where feelings interfere in the case, there is no place for a cold calculation.
