This variety of oyster mushrooms with a fleshy leg is highly appreciated in cooking and is rightfully considered the most delicious. Plants on a wood base. Favorable time for landing from April to September.

For landing, you will need:

Large of deciduous breeds (beech, poplar, willow, maple) with high humidity and without signs of rot.

how to plant:

In the prepared log, make a hole with a diameter of 0.8 cm in a checkerboard pattern at a distance of about 10 cm from each other.

Put sterile gloves or wipe your hands with alcohol. Insert the mushroom sticks into the holes until it stops.

Wrap the log into a plastic film, making small air holes.

Place the log in a dark wet room with an air temperature of 20-25 C and leave to grow over with mycelium. Ripening period 1.5 - 2 months.

Brease a log overgrown with a mushroom prayer vertically to a depth of 30-50% of the length. The optimum temperature for ripening of mushrooms is from 20 to 28 degrees.

The first crop after 3 - 5 months.

Fruiting period from 3 to 7 years.

Productivity from 20 to 50 % of the weight of the log.

Care. In dry weather, water the soil around the wood weekly (5 liters per 1kV.m). In winter, you can’t dig a log - just sprinkle with leaves.
