The monograph shows the possibility of a deep historical reconstruction of the evolution of mythological systems based on system analysis of folklore-mythological and genetic data. Particular attention is paid to the origin and evolution of dualistic cosmogony. The reconstruction of the most archaic protoduralistic cosmogony localized in Southeast Asia is proposed; The paths of the spread and transformation of this mythological complex are traced. The penetration of dualistic cosmogony into North America and their distribution in North Eurasia are investigated. The possibility of penetration of dualistic motives from protophynogrs to the Archraranians during the "Fedorovsky contact" is analyzed.
