The book of the Kazakh scientist and statesman, Doctor of Political Sciences T. A. Mansurov, on the basis of the rich historical and documentary material, reveals many interesting facts of the Biuryakulov biography-a talented policy, publicist and diplomat, whose life was dedicated to noble service to his people. He played a prominent role in the history of the Soviet Union, contributing to the formation and development of its relations with the countries of the Middle East.

The author for many years studied the activities of Nazir Tyurikulov in detail, using the documents of the external policy of the Russian Federation and other archives of Russia and Kazakhstan.
