Leadership without power confidently becomes the main organizational model of the 21st century. As I said, the old rules of the game no longer work. And yet, every day I watch how people cling to them with your fingertips. Why? Yes, because they have no rules for a new game that we have already begun to play, no instructions on how to play it correctly. But now everything will change.

This book is the first attempt to systematize these rules in our new world of labor. It gives readers a complete, integral and proven methodology for achieving success in a world in which the ability to lead people, without formal power, is considered the most important competence at the workplace.
