The book is presented in many cases that are different from the traditional point of view of the formation of the formation, scenarios and methods of managing chaotic behaviors in nonlinear dissipative dynamic systems described by ordinary differential equations, equations in private derivatives of diffusion type and equations with a labeled argument. It is shown that in all such systems one universal scenario of the transition to chaos is implemented. The mechanism of such a scenario was found and theoretically substantiated.
