The conditions and means of solving pilot and aiming tasks by combat helicopters in night conditions. New tactical techniques for the use of combat helicopters in night conditions in modern armed conflicts are described. Television and thermal imaging surveillance systems, as well as night vision glasses, allowing to solve piloting and aiming problems in night conditions, the experience of operating night vision glasses in army aviation are considered.
