New rules for the provision of catering services

The publication contains new rules for the provision of catering services, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2020 No. 1515, which entered into force on January 1, 2021, as well as a letter from Rospotrebnadzor “On the Rules for the provision of public catering” of September 30, 2020 No. 02/20213-2020-27 and the recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor for organizing work at catering and trade enterprises in the context of maintaining the risk of distribution Covid-19 dated April 21, 2020 No. 02/7515-2020-24.
