The book should be cozy and attractive, at least so wants to see it as the new director of the Texts store, an American who has recently moved to the UK. When in the parking lot in front of the store the car knocks one of the saleswoman to death, the director decides to go to hard measures. The check is coming, and he leaves all the staff for night duty to sort out the assortment and find out who is arranging a mess in the room. But on the screens of video surveillance cameras, strange creatures already appeared, translucent, but leaving behind scaling traces. And the fog is becoming more impressive, and the danger and horror creep closer.
