Nightmares. Evers H.Kh.

The book presents two copyright collections of stories of the outstanding German writer Hans Hinets Evers. The collection "Nightmares" is first represented in Russian; Some stories from the collection "Obsessed" are translated again. The brothers in the workshop called Evers the most disgusting type among their acquaintances, readers called him “German Edgar along”, the Great Lovecraft was admired by his stories and novels. The work of Evers, exposing the horror of human relationships, absorbed the traditions of romanticism, decadence and expressionism. The heroes of his stories fall in situations requiring monstrous efforts of will and tension of the darkest sides of human nature.
