A textbook for practical classes was compiled in accordance with the program for studying the discipline and the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education (specialty 31. 05. 01 “Therapeutic case”) of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (2020). Over the past, the leadership of the leadership of 5 years in obstetric care, a number of logical changes have occurred due to the achievements of evidence-based medicine, new clinical recommendations (treatment protocols) that required reflection in educational publications have been created and gained the force of by-laws. The traditional statement of the material in the form of questions and answers contributes to the self -control of students in the learning process and deeper assimilation of the material, especially foreign students studying obstetrics in Russian. It is intended for students of medical faculties of universities, medical universities, as well as all forms of postgraduate learning: clinical residents, graduate students, students of continuing medical education courses.
