This publication aims to introduce the domestic reader both with some studies on the Old Testament pseudo -epigraphs, including texts that existed in the Slavic tradition, and with a more general picture of domestic and foreign publications for this type of sources. The extensive bibliography, presented in the second part of this collection, covers not only publications for all the well -known pseudo -epigraphic texts and fragments preserved in Slavic languages, but also links to scientific work on collections and compensation, in which they traditionally existed in the Slavic literary surroundings.
The book will be useful to biblicalists, Slavists, studying the "renounced" literature, religious scholars, cultural historians, as well as the widest circle of readers.
