This book is dedicated to the memory of Archimandrite John (Kentankin), the elder of the Pskovo - Pechersky Monastery, the confessor of many bishops, priests, monks and laity. God pleased that before the adoption of monastic tonsure and admission to the Pskovo - Pechersk monastery, Priest John (Kentankin) for many years made his ministry at the parishes of the Pskov and Ryazan dioceses. It was here that he gained the spiritual experience, which then generously shared with spiritual children to his death. The priest later said about that time: “We lived a difficult and multi -sized life.
