The leadership presents modern data on etiology and pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of a precancer and malignant neoplasms of the female genital organs. The features of the clinical picture, the treatment of malignant tumors, taking into account the latest international classifications, are highlighted. Possible errors were discussed at the stages of diagnosis and treatment. Particular attention is paid to rehabilitation and palliative care issues.
