The release of the new book of the chef Cedor Grle, who has become a world star in recent years, was dedicated to the opening of his author's bakery-confectionery next to the legendary Parisian Theater "Opera Garnier". It offers to take a few steps back to return to the essence, authenticity, to comprehend the main thing. Reviewing and processing the famous classic recipes, turning to the heritage of his teachers and predecessors, he sets himself one goal: to achieve the greatest expressiveness of the taste of products with maximum simplicity and speed of cooking.
