Although the book was first published in 1983 by the main publishing house of the Central Committee of the CPSU Politizdat, it was difficult to criticize the then conservatives and dogma of the book of this publishing house. The theory of the organization and its practical application in the Soviet Union made their way with difficulty. The authors were accused of using the organization and management in the socialist system of bourgeois concepts.

The second edition of this book took place in 2014. Uneasishes. Now I seriously processed it and complemented it. It turned out a slightly strange combination of the latest ideas and style with typical Soviet vocabulary. But this is even entertaining.
