Pavel Ivanovich Savvaitov (1815–1895) - Russian archaeologist, historian and archaeographer; Corresponding Member of the St. Petersburg Academy of Sciences.

In this work, the scientist tells about science in which the rules and methods are taught how to recognize and explain the true meaning of the Holy Scriptures. He talks in detail about the subject of the teachings, of its different names and benefits, as well as about where it came from and what disciplines include in itself.
