Ortoriary. Conducting elderly patients with low -energy fractures

The book is devoted to the problem of the provision of multidisciplinary medical care to elderly patients with low -energy fractures, which are based on an orthogiatric approach. Ortoriary is the conduct of elderly traumatological patients from the pre -hospital stage through preparation for surgery, anesthesiological manual, surgical treatment to the rehabilitation and prevention of repeated fractures and falls, taking into account age specificity. In all these stages of the patient, a geriatrician or a doctor of another specialty is involved, who received additional preparations for geriatrics.
