Outcasts

The famous epic novel Viktor Hugo about the life of people rejected by society. Among the “outcasts” Jean Valzhan, convicted of twenty years in hard labor for stole bread for his starving family, a little Kozette, turning into a charming girl, a cheerful street broken Gavrosh. The confrontation between the criminal world of Paris and the police, the disputes of political parties and the battles on the barricades, the monastery laws and the church system are a brilliant picture of the French society at the beginning of the 19th century.
