Article 37 of Federal Law No. 323-ФЗ “On the Basics of Protection of Citizens' Health in the Russian Federation” contains the norm on the organization and provision of medical care in accordance with the procedure for the provision of medical care, mandatory for the execution of all medical organizations in the Russian Federation, as well as Based on clinical recommendations (quality criteria) and taking into account the standards of medical care.
