It is recommended for fresh consumption: like a vitamin supplement in the first and second dishes, when canned vegetables, as well as for drying. Greens are very aromatic, quickly grows after cutting. For fresh consumption, the leaves begin to be cut when they reach a height of 10-12 cm, for drying-during budding.
