The practical manual discusses the basic principles of morphological examination for diseases of the uterus, histophysiological changes in the cervix and endometrium during the menstrual cycle and at different age periods of the woman, various aspects of pathogenesis and diagnostic criteria for benign and malignant lesions of the uterus, the importance of immunogymic studies in the interpretation of morphogenesis lesions and differential diagnosis of the latter.
