The publication introduces the reader to the most relevant approaches to the construction of the training plan of the perkins of the school - the first educational institution for the blind in the United States, opened in 1832 with a significant assistance to the philanthropist Thomas Perkins. Since the founding of this legendary establishment, its founders sought to open the road to education, literacy and independence before blind and deaf -blind people. The school employees are constantly turning to the best international experience and at the same time create and continuously improve their own approaches to learning.
