This book was created by a group of universal authors involved in the treatment of patients with facial neuropathies from the neurosurgical stage to rehabilitation and ready to share their experience with the medical community.

The book presents symptoms of damage to the facial nerve at different levels with neurosurgical pathology and the mechanisms of its regeneration. All modern methods of neurophysiological monitoring during surgery are described, as well as before and after surgical treatment. Methods of surgical correction are set out.

A multi-disciplinary approach is proposed, which is used at the present stage of rehabilitation in the process of restoring conductivity on the facial nerve, which differs depending on the stage of treatment and the method of surgical correction. A separate chapter is devoted to speech therapy techniques of treatment.
