The basis of this textbook is the long-term work of the authors in the pharmaceutical industry, with the development of which since the beginning of the 1990s, the formation of legal regulation of the socially significant sphere has occurred in parallel. As a result of the adoption of numerous legal acts, their built -in in the general system of law of the Russian Federation, there was a need to prepare lawyers specializing in the field of the so -called pharmaceutical law.
